Where is the Bask Hotel?
We are conveniently located in downtown Morehead City on the Crystal Coast. Nearby towns include Beaufort, Atlantic Beach, Pine Knoll Shores, Emerald Isle, and Cape Carteret. To see a map of Bask's location, click here.
Is Bask a hotel?
Yes, but we offer MORE. We have the same services as a hotel (24 hour front desk service, housekeeping, etc.) However, our rooms have the feel and accommodations of a condo. Large windows, beautiful views, and kitchenettes to cook if you get tired of eating out or want to save a few bucks!
What size beds do you offer?
We offer a variety of different room types, all with King and/or Queen beds. We also can provide you with a rollaway bed for $20.00 extra.
I have to work while I’m visiting …do you have internet service?
Absolutely! We have complimentary WiFi available throughout the hotel.
What about my dog and cat?
As much as we love dogs and cats, Bask has a no pet policy. But there are local kennels and veterinary clinics that will board your dog while you are in town.
What amenities do you have on-site?
Along with free WiFi throughout the hotel, we offer complimentary coffee and tea, self-parking, a conference room, business center, a fitness center, elevators, coffee and tea in the lobby, and a complimentary breakfast every morning.
What complimentary amenities are in each room?
In each room we provide our guests with a updated bedding, complimentary toiletries, a microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and flat screen TV.
Do you have a pool?
We do not offer a pool on-site.
There aren't any utensils in my room's kitchen. Where can I get them?
Ask the front desk! They will be more than happy to give you what you need.

What do I pay when I book? What happens if I cancel my reservation?
Due to high demand, we do require the first nights rent to be paid at the time of booking which is a non-refundable payment towards your reservation. If you should find that you have to cancel, please let us know. Your payment also includes a Parking Fee of $5/day and a Safe Fee of $1.50/night. If you are canceling more than 48 hours from your check-in time, you will be charged the first nights rent but will not be charged for any additional reserved nights. If you are canceling less than 48 hours from your check-in time or you do not show up for your reservation, your payment is completely non-refundable.
What time is check in?
Check in is anytime from 3 pm to midnight.
What if I need something after “normal business hours”? Does the hotel close?
We have a front desk staff on call 24 hours a day, ready to assist you!
When is check out?
Check out is at 11 am.
Do you have any smoking rooms?
No, we are a smoke-free hotel and property.
Is breakfast included?
Yes! We serve a delicious complimentary breakfast so you can start your day off right!
Do we have to bring our own linens?
No! We have full service housekeeping for your comfort and convenience!
Do you have an elevator?
Yes! All of our rooms are easily accessible to everyone.
